China Gems & Jade Exchange (CGE) has been committed to building a technology-driven platform guided by the philosophy of “technology leadership and innovative development” since its establishment. In 2024, CGE successfully passed the re-certification as a National High-Tech Enterprise for the third time, and was awarded the new certification certificate in early 2025. This achievement marks CGE’s continuous recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise for nine consecutive years, during which it has accumulated more than 10 invention patents and over 60 software copyrights.

In recent years, CGE has been actively engaged in national initiatives such as the “Silk Road E-commerce” program and Shanghai’s Pujiang Digital Chain urban blockchain infrastructure system. By harnessing cutting-edge technologies, including AI large language models, big data analytics, and blockchain, CGE has been driving green development across the industry. The organization has developed several core platforms and services, notably the Asia-Pacific Gems & Jade Traceability Service Platform, Gems & Jade Exchange Service Platform, HS Code Intelligent Matching Module, and Carbon Neutrality Logistics Service for Gems & Jade, all of which have been seamlessly integrated with China International Trade Single Window, the dedicated service zone for China International Import Expo (CIIE), and Government Online-Offline Shanghai. To date, CGE has provided comprehensive CIIE “Jewelry Pavilion” trade facilitation services to over 1,100 jewelry enterprises from 45 countries and regions, with cumulative exhibition value exceeding USD 1.4 billion, delivering truly integrated intelligent services to global gems & jade industry participants.

The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of CGE. Adhering to our philosophy of “Technology Leadership and Innovative Development,” we will dedicate ourselves to fostering in-depth trade cooperation between China’s gems & jade industry and global partners, including associations and enterprises across Belt and Road countries, ASEAN, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
