The first 2020 Indian Jewelry Excellence Seminar organized by GJSCI was held in Mumbai. During the two-day activity, a number of well-known Indian and international experts will hold a series of seminars for senior management and technical executives in Indian jewelry manufacturing industry and will deliver speeches on different aspects of technological and business excellence. GJSCI plans to turn this activity into an annual activity. In a sense, it is taking over the baton of the famous santa fe technology seminar.
The company also plans to do many things in new areas, such as organizing seminars, allowing experts to provide intensive training and transferring knowledge to smaller teams at the factory or regional level. The vision that the gem and jewelry industry is an important part of the government has enabled India to reach a goal of 5 trillion dollar. Mr DuTa said: "the Ministry of commerce and GJEPC have been working hard to create a strong manufacturing base to develop modern jewelry manufacturing units that can cater to the world market."
